One month’s notice – Tenancies are renewed every 12 months, but you can quit at any time with just one month’s notice.
Fixed Price – You are invoiced monthly in arrears at the agreed price for your private office space. This one invoice covers the use of your office and all the associated costs and facilities. Any extras such as extended meeting room usage or additional data use are priced transparently and invoiced separately.
Rent Reviews – Your rent is fixed for the whole length of your tenancy (i.e. up to 12 months) and at renewal may be reviewed at commercial rates taking account of cost changes and market conditions.
Flexibility – If you need more space (or less) we are here to accommodate you. Paulton House is a big building, so there is usually an opportunity to change your space in line with your changing business needs.
No Ingoing Costs – Plug-and-Go at no cost. Unlike traditional tenancies, you don’t have to waste time and money negotiating contracts with utility companies and service providers before you can get started.
Business Rates – Business rates are not included in your monthly charge and are your responsibility. In many cases, tenants will be able to claim 100% Small Business Rates Relief.
Simple Pricing – The price of your private office is based on an all-inclusive rate of £27.50 per square foot per annum (£2.29 per calendar month). Plus VAT.
